Our Mission and Vision is to give our clients a fulfilling real estate experience, no matter their level of income. We are currently selling out estate plots in 4 of our estates located within Abuja. We are also passionate about the well-being of our staffs as our policies aretailoredto international best labour practices.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer (Front Desk Officer)

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Temporary

Job Description

• Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
• Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
• Must be a female.
• Must be good looking and attractive.
