English Teacher at Philipanna Foundation

Philipanna Foundation is a non-governmental organization that is committed toward child literacy. The foundation complements the efforts of State Ministries of Education in Nigeria, to improve child literacy in rural areas, through language intervention programmes. The programme concentrates on reading, writing and speaking in English language in rural public primary schools. The aim is for pupils to attain meaningful completion of primary education and become lifelong learners.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: English Teacher

Location: Durumi, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To teach pupils how to read, write and speak english language in public primary school.

Education / Experience

• BA in English Language or other related disciplines (Minimum second class lower).
• Post graduate Degree would be added advantage.
• At least 2 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N75,000 monthly
