Job Title: Graduate Trainee / Team Lead

Loaction: Ibadan, Oyo and our centres across Nigeria

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must be a graduate of a Business related field with proficiency in Leadership, Training and Capacity Building skills
Minimum of OND in any field of study
Smart High school diploma can be considered
On-the-job training.
Excellent communication skills.
Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
Computer literate.

Remuneration
N40,000 to N70,000 Naira and other commissions.
