Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, performance, learning and development.

Responsibilities

Design compensation and benefits packages
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Monitor HR department’s budget
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Manage employees’ grievances
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Person Specification & Additional Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
1 – 3 years experience in Human Resources
Attention to detail and analytics skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Negotiation and interpersonal skills
Must be very tech-savvy.
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and people management skills are compulsory
Ability to use sound judgment.
