We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• BMC TrueSight Operational Management 10.x
• BMC TrueSight Presentation Server
• BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management Server
• BMC TrueSight Integration Server
• Implementation of E2E TrueSight Suite
• Creating and deploying Patrol Agent (Manually/Automated)
• ITDA log analytics – Creating scripts from Borland for Synthetic Monitoring
• Monitoring Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, DB2) ;BTOM integration with various tools.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
• The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.
• Ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs.
• Strong experience with TrueSight Operations Management, Patrol Central Administration, RT server and Patrol Agent and all Knowledge modules
• Strong experience with installation configuration and management of Patrol Agent KMs for Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris Oracle, MQ, Websphere
• Experience in Design and implementation of integration solution for performance and event management using BPPM/Truesight notification and enrichment policies for various types of customization.
