Premium Bankers (Marketers) at a Financial Institution – Bizpool Africa

Job Summary

• They require Premium Bankers who will be able to build up the Bank’s liability generation and be overall responsible for the liability generation target of the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and retain relationships with existing customers through active management of portfolios and ensuring solutions continually meet customers’ needs as well as exceeding customer expectations in terms of speed, efficiency and professionalism.
• Attract new customers by understanding their financial needs and delivering high standards of service quality. This involves getting client referrals and promotion of products and service offerings that are right for the customer.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification
• You have at least 4 Years in the Nigerian financial sector in the liability generation field for an Asset Manager, a Bank or a Microfinance Bank,
• You have at least 3 years in a managing sales role, managing a few people in a team towards a common liability raising goal,
• You have a strong command of excel and PPT.

Salary

• N200,000 – N350,000 monthly.
